Welcome to New Mama Yoga. These terms and conditions govern your access to and purchase of online video courses, yoga nidra sessions and educational content on newmamayoga.com (the "platform"). By purchasing or accessing our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of the services and medical disclaimer

• The yoga routines, yoga nidra sessions, postpartum guidance and educational materials are designed solely for general well-being and postpartum recovery support.
• New Mama Yoga and its instructors are not medical practitioners. The content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or clinical treatment.
• Every pregnancy and birth experience is unique. You must consult your physician, midwife or certified pelvic physical therapist before beginning any physical exercise program after childbirth.
• By participating in these exercises you perform them at your own risk. Listen to your body, proceed gently and immediately discontinue any movement that causes pain, excessive strain or discomfort.

3. Account access and security

• Access to purchased programs requires creating an authorised user account.
• Account credentials and access entitlements are strictly personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your login details with third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security or content protection policies.

4. Pricing, payments and taxes

• All prices are displayed in the stated currency and include applicable value added tax or sales tax where required by law.
• Payments are handled securely via third-party payment gateways. Access to paid modules is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
• Billing occurs on a one-time basis.

5. Digital products and right of withdrawal

• Because our services consist of digital video streaming and instant access to proprietary content, you acknowledge that access begins immediately upon checkout.
• Under European consumer law, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you explicitly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once digital streaming access is unlocked.

6. Intellectual property rights

• All platform content, including video recordings, guided audio tracks, text, photographs, graphics and course structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of New Mama Yoga and protected under international copyright law.
• Purchasing access grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not download, rip, screen-record, redistribute, resell or publicly display any video or audio materials hosted on our platform.

7. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Mama Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or physical damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform or exercises.
• We do not guarantee specific physical outcomes or complete resolution of postpartum conditions such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction through self-guided practice.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
