New Mama Yoga ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy statement explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit or use our platform at newmamayoga.com (the "platform").

2. Personal data we collect

We only process personal information necessary to deliver our online post-pregnancy yoga programs, manage accounts and process transactions:

• Account information: name, email address, password hash and profile authentication tokens.
• Purchase and billing information: billing address, country, transaction status, selected payment method (for example credit card or iDEAL) and invoice history. Full payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.
• Platform usage and entitlement data: program access status, progress tracking and video viewing sessions.
• Communications and lead data: name and email addresses submitted via contact inquiries, lead forms or newsletter sign-ups.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract: to create your member account, process purchases, verify access rights and stream video content.
• Legal obligation: to comply with statutory tax, bookkeeping and European VAT or OSS reporting requirements.
• Legitimate interests: to ensure web application security, prevent unauthorised account sharing and maintain video delivery performance.
• Consent: to send marketing communications, newsletters or promotional updates by email where explicitly opted into. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Third-party service providers

• Stripe Inc: payment processing and tax calculation.
• Cloudflare Inc: video hosting and adaptive streaming infrastructure.
• Supabase Inc: cloud database, user authentication and secure access management.
• Mailchimp or comparable email service provider: automated newsletter and email communications.

5. Data security

We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. Program access is verified server-side with strict row level security policies. All communication is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS and TLS protocols.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide access to purchased services and to fulfil statutory legal obligations, such as the seven-year Dutch tax retention requirement for financial records.
