Yoga has been a lifelong companion of mine. What began as a curious teenage practice grew into a daily anchor, a way of listening to the body, softening the mind and returning home to myself again and again.
In 2024 I graduated from the House of Ohm 200-hour yoga teacher training, where I chose to specialise in yoga for postpartum women. I wanted to build something honest for the season of motherhood: practices that meet a new mama exactly where she is.
In 2025 I became a mother myself when my son Levi was born. Everything I thought I understood about postpartum yoga deepened. This program is the practice I built for myself in those tender first weeks, and the one I want to place in your hands too.
The full 12-week path has been reviewed by physiotherapists who specialise in postpartum health, so you can trust that every movement, from the earliest breath work to the strongest week, is safe, progressive and truly designed for a healing body.
